The vest has a total of 26 flotation pieces: 2 fixed pieces located on the upper front of the vest, which keep the child's waterline stable and their airways above the water. In addition, there are 24 flotation pieces around the chest, divided into 8 compartments with 3 pieces in each. These can be removed gradually as the child's ability to float independently improves, allowing them to enjoy the beach or pool safely. Other vests only have 8 flotation pieces, so the buoyancy changes drastically when the pieces are removed.

For maximum safety, it has an adjustable strap with a double safety buckle that passes between the legs to keep the vest in place and prevent it from sliding over the head during swimming or water play. This strap is protected by neoprene, which prevents chafing between the legs.
