Mediven struva 35: the clinical compression stocking for a wide range of indications
The mediven struva 35 is a circular-knit clinical compression stocking for compression of the lower limbs. With a strong compression of 35 mmHg, the mediven® struva 35 is most suitable for mobile patients and/or patients with severe venous disease during hospital stays. The indications for this clinical compression stocking are:
- Prevention and treatment of post-operative and/or post-traumatic edema and/or hematoma, and pain reduction (e.g., in cases of orthopedic or vascular surgical interventions)
- Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism in mobile patients – in the pre-, intra-, and post-operative period
- Compression treatment of deep vein thrombosis, during the acute phase
- Treatment of venous leg ulcers in mobile or partially mobile patients
