Epibrace is an epicondylitis band. The applied pressure can be adjusted using the numbered strap, according to individual needs. The flexible pad also allows for comfort tailored to individual needs.
The placement and adjustment of the orthosis, often called an epicondylitis band, is extremely easy due to its intelligent design.
Epibrace can be used for both epicondylitis humeri radialis (tennis elbow) and epicondylitis humeri ulnaris (golfer's elbow): the band provides relief at the muscle insertion point in the ulna region (ulnar epicondylitis) and on the outside of the joint (radial epicondylitis).
Excess tension at the muscle insertion point is considerably relieved by the pressure exerted by positioning the pad below the elbow joint, directly over the extensor or flexor muscles, reducing pain.
